Wholesale Terms

Opening minimum order $500.00. No reorder minimum.

All products are custom made to order. We do not stock any inventory. As such we reserve lead times of anywhere from 2-8 weeks from time of order to shipment, depending on order size, time of year and production schedule. Need it sooner? Just ask (see "rush orders" below).

As a small company, it benefits us to get orders out the door fast (hence we get paid), so please know we are working as fast as we can to deliver your products in the shortest timeframe possible!

Should your order be time sensitive, please email us and we'll give you an accurate timeframe as to when we can ship your order. As we make everything in our studio in Santa Barbara, we are very malleable and will make every effort to meet your request. Inventory & decorating emergencies DO happen, and we have been known to rise to the occasion ... once turning around a $2000 order in less than 48 hours!

Credit card required at time of order. If placing a phone or email order, please download our credit card authorization form and email back to hello {at} fleamarketrx {com}.

Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, all orders are charged through in full at time of order.

As a small business, we do not offer Net 30 terms unless we absolutely have to. We simply cannot afford it. However, we will never turn down a good order if it's a requirement. If your company can only work on Net 30, please email us prior to placing the order so we can be sure we can accommodate the terms.

We do not mark up shipping and make every effort to pack and ship orders in the most safe and economical way for all parties (none of us benefits from wasteful packaging and subsequent shipping charges - as I see it, it's money neither of us ever gets back). Once an order is packed up, we run the weight and dimensions through several carriers to get the best price for the best outcome.

When an order is placed, all shipping is calculated online in real time through our various carriers. However, based on size of order, number of boxes and dimensions of boxes etc, the actual cost may be over or under what is initially quoted. Flea Market Rx reserves the right to charge the customer for additional shipping costs if necessary. Conversely, Flea Market Rx will refund customer the difference in shipping cost should the actual cost be less than what was quoted.

We are also more than happy to ship via customer's own accounts with UPS or Fed Ex. If ordering online, simply enter CUSTSHIP as the code at checkout and email us your UPS or Fed Ex account details for our files. If ordering by email or phone, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate your request!
